Follow-Up Consultation Fee
Chief Consultant's Fee: Rs. 200/min (+18% GST) or USD $2.5/min (for the same property previously consulted).

Your Visit to Our Office
Time: The consultation time is calculated for the actual time given by the chief consultant to the client personally. The time spent by their back-end team/ assistants prior to the consultation, during the consultation, after the consultation process is included in the fee.
Notes
Documents for Better & Quicker Results:

Provide an architect’s, engineer’s , builder’s, or self-made drawing/plan/sketch of the entire property (preferably in editable .dwg, .cdr, etc format) along with the address and exact Google location.

Include a video of interiors & photos of all sides of exteriors.
