Consultations with prior booking/appointment only
Chief Consultant's Fee: INR ₹200 (+18% GST) per min

Time: The consultation time is calculated for the actual time given by the chief consultant to the client personally. Time spent by the back-end team/ assistants prior to the consultation, during the consultation and after the consultation process, is included in the fee above.​​

No Consultation on Tuesdays.

Estimated Consultation Time:

Vacant Land, Constructed Flats, Small Independent Houses & Offices, etc : Generally 10-90 minutes.

Proposed/Under construction Homes, Industries or Commercial Establishments, etc : Consultation time varies depending on size and type of property.​​

​Documents for Better & Quicker Results:
-
Provide an architect’s, engineer’s , builder’s, or self-made drawing/plan/sketch of the entire property (preferably in editable .dwg, .cdr, etc format) along with the address and exact Google location.

Include a video of interiors & photos of all sides of exteriors.
