Visiting Consultation by Chief Consultant only.
Visiting Consultation Fee

1. Within Mumbai & Coimbatore City Limits: Rs. 18,000 (+18% GST)

Includes up to 10 minutes of consultation time.

Thereafter, Rs. 200/min for additional consultation time.

Includes travel costs.

The consultation time is calculated for the actual time given by the chief consultant to the client personally. The time spent by their back-end team/ assistants prior to the consultation, during the consultation, after the consultation process and the travel time is included in the fee.

2. Within City Limits Of​​ - Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Surat, Muzzaffarpur (Bihar), Churu (Rajasthan), Tirupur (Tamilnadu) :
Rs. 45,000/- (+18% GST)

Includes up to 10 minutes of consultation time.

Thereafter, Rs. 200/min for additional consultation time.

All travel arrangements of flight (for consultant & one assistant) and/or car taxi to client account.

Hotel accommodation, if an overnight stay is required, to client account.

3. Beyond City Limits of above mentioned cities: Charges will vary based on location.​​​​

No Consultation on Tuesdays.

Vacant Land, Constructed Flats, Small Independent Houses & Offices, etc : Generally 10-45 minutes.

Proposed/Under construction Homes, Industries or Commercial Establishments, etc : Consultation time varies depending on size and type of property.​​

​Documents for Better & Quicker Results:
-
Provide an architect’s, engineer’s , builder’s, or self-made drawing/plan/sketch of the entire property (preferably in editable .dwg, .cdr, etc format) along with the address and exact Google location.

Include a video of interiors & photos of all sides of exteriors.
